Jeff Wilson has served as the general manager of Dickey Rural Telephone in North Dakota since 2005 and has lead with a strong focus on improving finances and cooperative services. Previously, Mr. Wilson worked at Qwest in the state of Washington. Mr. Wilson serves on the boards of directors for Red River Cellular, Dakota Carrier Networks and North Dakota Long Distance.
