E-mail Services

Offer your subscribers a full-featured e-mail solution—with your branding—that includes both POP3 e-mail and Webmail. Your subscribers will be able to access their e-mail anywhere they can get an Internet connection. Their e-mails will be protected in our clustered, redundant environment.

Our e-mail product features:

  • Five e-mail accounts with 1 GB of storage per account
  • Premiere virus scanning and spam filtering
  • POP3, SMTP and IMAP delivery capabilities
  • Webmail with an "Outlook" type look-and-feel
  • Calendars, auto-responders, contacts through Rich Internet Application Web mail

Anti-virus and Spam

TrueBand e-mail services use a multi-tiered approach to eliminate spam and viruses. We typically receive 40 million e-mails each day and, using three layers of protection, our system blocks 39 million of those spam e-mails from ever reaching a subscriber's inbox.

Subscribers also have control over how much spam they get. They can:

  • Have spam delivered to a "Junk Mail" folder
  • Have the e-mail's subject flagged as spam
  • Blacklist and whitelist specific e-mails addresses and domains

Broadcast E-mail Tool

Using our broadcast e-mail tool, you can reach subscribers with important information. Our scalable tool allows you to contact all of your subscribers, or only those you designate, for such reasons as promoting new products and services and announcing maintenance periods.
