NRTC’s Education and Training Department offers a number of courses designed to help you provide telecommunications products and services to your customers. Courses are offered to members about new and existing products including:

Face-to-Face Training
We've trained hundreds of rural utility managers and employees across the country and consistently receive positive reviews from our students.

Distance Learning
NRTC offers both webcast and self-paced online learning opportunities.
Our Online Learning Center contains self-paced training for members involved with our various business lines. We also offer training via webcast.
If you are unable to find a particular type of training that you'd like NRTC to provide, please contact the training department with your request.
In addition, members may choose to attend industry training provided by the Satellite Broadcast and Communications Association (SBCA).
