Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom is known for being progressive. It’s in the DNA in Vermont, where they’re located. But even they know it’s hard for small rural service providers to get the scope and scale to compete with bigger companies.

In response, NeoNova moved quickly to migrate all of the data for over 600,000 end users to its hosted Zimbra solution over the span of only a few months. Each migration included in-depth communication to prepare end users as well as a full range of training documentation and videos to help them update all of their devices.

During these migrations, NeoNova's world-class support team fielded over one million minutes of support calls to assist these end users and ensure a smooth transition.
