NRTC Enhances Marketing and Customer Experience Capabilities Through Pivot Acquisition

NRTC’s focus is to be our members’ trusted technology partner. We often manifest this in terms of helping members plan, build and manage their technology investments.

But, in the broadband space, there’s another very important element – launch and grow. This customer engagement work becomes even more critical as the competitive environment intensifies.

With that in mind, NRTC is pleased to announce that The Pivot Group, LLC is now part of the NRTC family.

Pivot is broadband’s leading marketing and CX (customer experience) agency. They collaborate with people who are doing meaningful work in the communities they serve and come alongside them to help their organizations grow and thrive. They accomplish this by assisting organizations in defining and living out their brands, telling their unique stories, and strengthening relationships with their customers. Pivot’s in-house capabilities include market research, branding, web development, marketing strategy, creative services/advertising, digital/social, CX consulting, and employee development (training).
