Video Series Spotlights NRTC Members and Staff

This month we debut NRTC Illuminate,  a video series that shines a light on NRTC’s members, people, solutions and priorities. We want our members to get to know our staff, who are the foundation of our success. NRTC members will learn more about our products and services and will also get to know some of the personalities behind our solutions. At the same time, the series will celebrate our members and provide a view NRTC staff and member interactions.

Our first episode features Bailey White, CrowdFiber co-founder and includes discussions with his team based in Rome, GA. “CrowdFiber started [in 2013] as a way to help [service providers] to manage expectations and to build broadband networks that are exciting and really high capacity,” White says during the video. The vision was to create a service especially aimed at reducing construction project complexity for rural providers.

CrowdFiber has been a vital element in many NRTC-member broadband projects since before it became an NRTC company in Spring 2020. Here’s the full 45-minute premiere video for you to enjoy at your leisure.

An upcoming episode will follow an NRTC visit with one of our members where we recognize and celebrate a significant milestone. We want to highlight the amazing people who work for our member electric and telecommunications providers and discuss the challenges those organizations face. We will also show how our members serve their local communities.

We will include information about new episodes of NRTC Illuminate here on the NRTC Rural Connect blog and other member-facing communications as they become available.

I hope viewers enjoy learning more about our members, our team and the communities we all ultimately serve. If you have any questions about the NRTC Illuminate project, please don’t hesitate to contact us at memberexperience@nrtccoopstg.wpengine.com.
