ReConnect Round 4 – What’s New, and What You Need to Know to Apply

USDA’s Rural Utilities Service (RUS) launched Round 4 of the ReConnect broadband loan and grant program. It has issued a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) which will make more than $1 billion available for broadband deployment in rural areas. While some aspects of ReConnect from previous rounds remain, there are some changes. This webinar will cover issues such as:
- New definitions of eligible areas
- New provisions for 100 percent grant applicants
- Round 4’s scoring criteria or rubric
- RUS mapping resources
- What you need to do to prepare a successful application
